Pick Up
To ensure your cake’s safe journey to the event:
Don’t set your cake on your seats. It most likely won’t lay flat, and it has the potential to slide and tilt. Seats aren’t level and if you have to slam on your breaks, the cake will most likely fly forward.
It is safest to place your cake on a flat surface in your vehicle, such as the floor of a mini-van or SUV, passenger side floorboard, or trunk (if your trunk opens up to the rest of the car, or if it’s not too hot outside you can travel with it in the trunk.)
Please Note: If you choose our pickup option, once you leave our location with your cake, it is your responsibility to keep it safe.
Keep in mind that we do deliver. Don’t take a chance with the safety of your custom creation!
Delivery
We are more than happy to deliver your cake to you! The delivery fees for your (non-wedding) cake are listed below:
Up to 10 miles $15
10-15 miles $25
15-20 miles $40
20-30 miles $60
Due to time and driver constraints, we are only able to deliver cakes up to a maximum distance of 30 miles (one-way).
We will attempt to accommodate delivery requests made within 48 hours of needed delivery. However, for any request made in less than 48 hours prior to the event date there will be an additional $20 fee. Be sure to schedule your delivery when you place your cake order!
Deliveries are typically scheduled for mid-day and evenings, between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will make every attempt to deliver your cake at your requested time; however, it is best to allow us a window of delivery to allow for traffic, road closures, etc. It is your responsibility to ensure that the venue is open and has a proper place for the cake to be stored and/or displayed.
