Frosted was founded in 2014 in the kitchen of a Valparaiso apartment. From there we have expanded from making only cupcakes to including cakes as well as cake pops. Still working from inside our home, we specialize in custom cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and more for all occasions: birthday parties, wedding receptions, baby showers, graduation parties, bridal showers and much more.
